great news, I scored you a list of buildable places for your temple
some are empty and some have existing buildings
(not sure which one would work better for you)
there's information on contractors in there too in case the actual building part isn't your thing
mayor said he'd clear any kind of required permit for you so it's whichever one catches your eye
